Shipping and Returns
All orders for items that are in stock are fulfilled within 1-4 business days of being received (depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time).
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before placing your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and shipping address.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: All express orders are dispatched within 1 business day (24 hours) of being received by us.
For deliveries with multiple items, if one of the items is on backorder, the full contents of the order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock. If you would like your items to be shipped as they are available, please reach out to us via email.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
FREE for orders over $250
To the USA/Canada can take anywhere from 6-12 business days. Other countries, 8-15 business days.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:
All customers are responsible for imports duties & taxes in their country of delivery. We are required to declare the full value of the item/s on shipment labels and must include an invoice for customs.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Coven shopping experience, and therefore we offer returns for 28 days from the date of purchase. Please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Refunds outside of the 28 day period will not be accepted. Requests to negotiate this will not be responded to.
Items must be returned in original, unworn/unused condition and with tags attached. Please take care when trying on garments, if they are returned to us with any make-up/fake tan marks, or odours (including perfume), these items will be returned to you and your refund will be forfeited.
Shipping over $150 (domestic) and $250 (international) is free. However if goods are returned for refund/exchange, the customer will incur a deduction of the cost of shipping from the refund total, to compensate for original shipping costs.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of goods being received by us.
Please note: The items are the customer's responsibility during their journey back to us, so please ensure you have tracking details.
We do not facilitate exchanges. If you require an alternate size/style, we require that you return your item/s and place a new order through our website for the desired item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + RETURNS:
We allow 45 days for international returns. Please refer to our returns policy above for additional information.
Refunds outside of the 45 day period will not be accepted.
In the case of an unclaimed international delivery, we will refund your order total, less the delivery fee upon return to us.
International shipping timeframe: Usually 1-2 weeks from dispatch.
SALE + SAMPLES/SECONDS items:
All sale, samples/seconds sales are final, and aren't eligible for returns. Please note, that any pieces listed in this category have only minor flaws.
