Loyalty points are automatically added to your account as you spend. You can track the points you have accumulated, as well as your loyalty tier status by logging into your account, where you will find your rewards history

To redeem your points, please ensure you are logged into your Coven Lovers Club Rewards Program. Simply enter the loyalty rewards discount code at checkout.

It’s completely fine if you use your points to redeem a reward, but don't use it right away. When you are ready to use your reward, simply login to your account and click on the REWARDS HISTORY button at the top. You'll be able to see the discount codes attached to previous reward redemptions. Simply copy and paste the code and enter it at checkout.

Loyalty points are valid for one year from the date you earn them.
