All orders for items that are in stock are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days of being received, and are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia. During busy periods such as a sale, or the launch of new collection, it may take up to 3-5 business days.
All of our packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking, with signature on delivery. If the customer chooses the 'safe drop' option, it is done so at the customer's own risk. Coven and Co will not be liable for missing packages where the customer has chosen 'safe drop'.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: All express orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being received by us (except for peak times, such as sale periods/new collections). Please email us if you order is urgent and we will do our best to prioritise it for you.

All customs, important duties, tariffs & taxes are paid by Coven & Co. Upon receiving your order, you will not be liable for any additional charges.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS:
In instances where a customer does not collect their parcel from the postal service and the item is returned to Coven & Co resulting in a refund of the order, the actual cost of all associated shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount (even if these shipping costs are greater than the shipping costs quoted on our website).
