Promotional Codes 

Promotional codes are intended as single use and only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Promotional codes are applied to orders before any other offer (including "Free Shipping Over $200"). They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.

Gift With Purchase/Promotional/Special Sale Items

If you have received any promotional/reduced items with your purchase and you choose to return your eligible item, the promotional/reduced item will need to be returned along with your purchase. If the promotional/reduced item is not returned, the full price (Regular Retail Price) of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Coven Lovers Club ~ Loyalty/Rewards Program

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Coven Lovers Club, and members of the program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain offers online.

1. MEMBERSHIP

No purchase is necessary to obtain Member level in the Coven Lovers Club, but you must establish an account at https://covenandco.com/account/register

By creating an account, you are agreeing to receive emails from Coven & Co.

Please see our privacy policy, located at https://covenandco.com/pages/terms-conditions-privacy to understand how information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for the Coven Lovers Club, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and the general website Terms and Conditions: https://covenandco.com/pages/terms-conditions-privacy

3. HOW TO JOIN

Register for an account at https://covenandco.com/account/register

Purchases made over the 12 months prior to creating an account will count towards your Loyalty tier at the time you create an account.

4. ACCESSING MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

From your dashboard you can access your current reward level; redeem points; earn points; and view your rewards history.

5. EARNING POINTS

Members can earn points by signing up for a customer account, purchasing products, referrals or leaving a review on products ordered via covenandco.com

You will not earn points for shipping fees, GST or purchases with gift cards/store credit used as a payment method.

Points earned have a rolling expiry of 12 months. From date of issue, you have 12 months to use your points, if your points are not redeemed during this time, they will expire. 

Earning Events: 

The Coven Lover levels are based on a 12-month rolling spend. The timer is activated once a tier is entered. This means that once you enter a tier, you will be in that tier one year from the date you earned it. To maintain the tier, keep interacting with the program and shopping to the value of the tier entry threshold. For example, this entry threshold is a minimum of $1 spent each year for Level 1, and $600 each year for Level 2.

Level 4 ~ Eternal ($3,000+ by invitation only )

Please note, rewards may have expiry dates, minimum spends and other terms and conditions as specified. These codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes and discounts. 

Leave Review (ALL)

• 50 Points for every approved written review 
• 100 Points for every approved review with a photo attached
• 150 Points for every approved review with a video attached

Customers must follow the review request email to leave reviews and earn points. Review requests expire after 6 months of purchase, any reviews placed after this time are not eligible for points.  Points cannot be awarded to purchases made outside of Coven & Co’s website.

Points for photos and video attachments will be manually approved and must accurately show the product purchased and being reviewed to be rewarded.

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. 

6. REDEEMING POINTS

Points must be redeemed in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 

The minimum discount you can claim is $5 (100 points) and the maximum discount you can claim is $50 (1,000 points). 

Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of full price clothing or to receive a product for free based on the following scale: 

200 points = $10.00 AUD OFF

Varied Points Amounts = Free Gifts

Points can be redeemed once logged in via the Coven Lovers Club rewards page. When a minimum balance of 100 points has been earned, members can spend these points in exchange for a discount code. Members can refer to the discount options to confirm how many points they need to redeem that particular reward. When you redeem a reward, a unique discount code will be automatically generated. You can access the code through your rewards history. The highest redemption value is 1,000 points = $50 AUD in one order and cannot exceed this value.

Important: Discount codes generated through Coven Lovers Club can be used on full price clothing only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes. 

7. RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned or cancelled order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time.

8. REFERRAL PROGRAM

As a rewards member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Coven & Co’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Coven Lovers Club referral program. Details below.

Referrer: Only Coven Lovers Club members can refer a friend.

Friend (that’s the person being referred): Friends, however, must be new customers and must use the referral code for their first purchase for it to count as a referral. Only once the Friend’s order has been shipped, will your account be issued with the referral points.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Coven Lovers Club referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.

No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Coven Lovers Club.

Right to Close Accounts: Coven & Co reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Friend attempts to use the Coven Lovers Club referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Current Referral Offers & Rewards:

Referee offer is $20 AUD off any purchase of $50 AUD.

Referrer reward is 400 points (equivalent to $20 AUD) upon successful shipment of referee first order.

Referral Codes:

Please note that referral purchases and redemptions are only valid in places where Coven & Co currently ships.

Please note the cost of shipping is not included in the rewards discount.

This code cannot be combined with any other offers.

Multiple codes: Each referral code is single-use and can be used for one purchase.

Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 6 months after being issued.

Referral code requires a minimum spend of $50 AUD.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Coven & Co reserves the right to end, pause, or disable the program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

9. GENERAL

By creating an account at covenandco.com and joining the Coven Lovers Club Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the Coven Lovers Club and Coven & Co. Coven & Co reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the Coven Lovers Club Loyalty Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Coven & Co may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in Coven & Co’s records, shall be deemed correct. Coven & Co reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Coven & Co’s internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and Coven & Co’s internal records, Coven & Co’s internal records will prevail. Coven & Co assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by Coven & Co. The points balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. Coven & Co may revoke any Member's membership in the Coven Lovers Club at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Loyalty Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Coven & Co programs, present or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Coven & Co. 10. PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS

The Terms and Conditions of our the Coven Lovers Club are subject to change at Coven & Co’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their registered account, or if a customer account is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. Coven & Co will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all registered qualifying customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
